No. We do not offer headstone cleaning or restoration at this time.

We remove surface debris like leaves, branches, grass, and any obvious weeds to make the area look cared for, but we do not perform deep cleaning or professional stone restoration.

We aim to deliver your tribute within 2 weeks of purchase. Once your order is received, we’ll confirm a more specific delivery date when we send your invoice.

Every visit begins with respectful care of the site. We gently remove old or weathered flowers (if requested), clear away leaves and light debris, and tidy the immediate area.

Once the space is clean, we place and secure your new tribute. Finally, we send a digital Care Summary to your email, complete with before-and-after photos so you can see the difference for yourself.

Your 12 month care plan starts the month you purchase.

It includes four total visits throughout the year, one for each season. At each visit we place a new tribute designed specifically for that season (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter). While we have scheduled routes for each season, you can generally select the month you prefer for each placement to align with meaningful times of the year.

No, tributes that are placed are subject to the cemetery’s rules, regulations, and clean up dates. We recommend checking with your cemetery to find out when these dates occur.

A saddle is a floral arrangement designed to rest securely on top of an upright headstone. It features a special frame with adjustable legs that grip the stone. This allows you to place a full, beautiful tribute even if the monument does not have a built-in vase.

If the headstone is an upright or standing stone, we can use a "saddle" arrangement that rests securely on top of the monument without causing any damage.

For flat markers or stones without a built in vase, we can place a temporary vase in the ground right next to the marker.
