The Peace of Mind Plan is a yearly service with four scheduled visits, one for each season. We handle everything, from the seasonal arrangements to delivery, placement, and light debris removal. After each visit, you receive a private photo album with before and after photos, so you can see the gravesite even when you can’t be there. One plan, one price, and the comfort of knowing it’s taken care of all year.
Yearly Tribute Packages
The Peace of Mind plan allows you to prepay for scheduled graveside visits throughout the year. Instead of arranging individual tributes one at a time, this service ensures your loved one’s resting place is thoughtfully honored on a consistent basis.
Whether you live nearby or visit from a distance, this service offers the comfort of knowing the gravesite is cared for year round, not just on single occasions.
How It Works
One Payment: A single upfront payment covers four scheduled visits.
Flexible Scheduling: Visits are spaced seasonally or aligned with chosen meaningful dates.
Complete Care: Each visit includes a new tribute placement and the removal of the old, as well as any small debris, leaves, weeds, etc. from the immediate area.
Standard Seasonal Care
Standard Seasonal Care includes four scheduled visits each year. Each placement is pre selected by us and designed to suit the season at the time of service. This plan ensures the gravesite feels cared for and welcoming throughout the year, offering something new and appropriate with each visit. Whether you visit often or rely on us exclusively, this service provides consistency, presence, and peace of mind. After each visit, you receive an emailed Care Summary with a private digital photo album that you can download if desired.
Tributes are rotated seasonally, using the following windows:
Winter: December 1 - February 28
Spring: March 1 - May 31
Summer: June 1 - August 31
Autumn: September 1 - November 30
